Online coaching vs hybrid coaching

Online coaching can work extremely well when the plan is clear, check-ins are consistent and the client can train independently. Hybrid coaching adds in-person feedback, which can be valuable when technique, confidence or equipment access are limiting factors.

Choose based on the problem

  • Choose online if you need structure, accountability and flexible scheduling.
  • Choose hybrid if movement quality or confidence under load needs direct feedback.
  • Choose in-person if you are new to training or need hands-on session coaching.

The best format is the one you can follow consistently. A perfect in-person plan you cannot attend is worse than a simple online plan you actually complete.
