1. About Perform Index

Perform Index is a coach discovery platform connecting fitness coaches with potential clients in the United Kingdom. By using this website you agree to these terms.

2. For coaches

Coaches who list on Perform Index agree to the following:

  • All information submitted — including qualifications, experience and coaching details — must be accurate and truthful.
  • Coaches are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their profiles.
  • Perform Index reserves the right to remove or suspend any profile that contains false, misleading or inappropriate content.

3. Client wins and images — consent requirement

When a coach submits a client win, before/after photo, or any result attributed to a specific individual, they are required to confirm that:

  • They have obtained explicit consent from the client whose results or images are being shared.
  • The client has approved the specific content being submitted, including any images, measurements, or identifying information.
  • The content will be displayed publicly on the Perform Index platform and may be visible to anyone visiting the coach's profile.

Coaches must tick a consent declaration when submitting each client win. By doing so, they take full legal responsibility for ensuring the client has given informed consent.

Perform Index takes client privacy seriously. If you are a client and believe your images or results have been shared without your consent, please contact us at info@perform-index.com and we will investigate promptly.

4. Reviews

Client reviews submitted on Perform Index must be genuine and reflect a real coaching experience. Coaches must not submit, solicit or incentivise fake reviews. Reviews are moderated before appearing publicly.

5. Intellectual property

Coaches retain ownership of content they submit. By uploading content to Perform Index, you grant us a licence to display it on the platform for the purpose of your coach profile.

6. Limitation of liability

Perform Index acts as a directory and discovery platform only. We do not endorse any individual coach and are not responsible for coaching services delivered. Any arrangement between a client and a coach is their own responsibility.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
