A good HYROX plan needs more than hard conditioning. It has to balance running, compromised movement, strength endurance and recovery in a way that matches your event date.

Ask these before you start

  • How will running volume progress across the block?
  • How often will race-specific compromised work appear?
  • What strength work supports the stations without draining recovery?
  • How will the plan adjust if work, sleep or soreness gets in the way?

The right plan should make race day feel familiar without making every week feel like a race simulation.
