Reading reviews without being misled

A five-star rating tells you someone was happy. A useful review tells you why. Look for detail about communication, adjustments, support and the client's starting point.
Useful reviews describe the relationship
- How the coach responded when life got busy
- Whether the plan changed based on feedback
- What kind of accountability the client received
- What result was achieved and over what time frame
The most helpful reviews often sound less polished. They describe a real process, not just a perfect outcome.
