What a strong client win actually proves

A client win is most useful when it shows three things: the starting point, the outcome and the time frame. Without those, it is hard to know whether the result is relevant to your own situation.

Context makes the result useful

A 12kg fat loss, a 5K personal best or a first HYROX finish all mean more when you know the client's training background, constraints and consistency. The more context a coach provides, the easier it is to understand the coaching process behind the result.

  • Clear before and after markers
  • A realistic time frame
  • A short explanation of the training approach
  • Evidence that the result was maintained or translated into the next goal

The goal is not to demand perfect evidence for every claim. It is to look for enough detail to separate a repeatable coaching process from a one-off highlight.
